You stopped here because you want to know how to make Christmas GIFS on Procreate.

Happy November Folks! I know we are not in December yet.

We still have time before starting everything “CHRISTMAS”.

But this year, it’s a little bit different. The world has been suffering because of Covid-19, and I believe we need to extend the magic.

So, today I’ve decided to show you how to create Christmas GIFS on Procreate to share some Joy on your Instagram story.

Let’s dive right into it.

GIFS ON PROCREATE

The first thing you will need to get to make your Christmas GIFS is the App Procreate.

Procreate is the most powerful and intuitive digital illustration app available for the iPad.

So, you will need to have an iPad to be able to download Procreate from the AppStore to make your GIFS.

Procreate is $10 (lifetime)

DIGITAL ILLUSTRATION

So, you downloaded the app and opened it.

Now, you will have to figure out what kind of Christmas GIFS you want to make.

To do so, you will need to find or make a digital illustration.

You can make your own digital illustration into Procreate.

It can be a cup of hot chocolate, Santa’s hat, or a text saying Merry Christmas.

If you don’t feel like making your own Illustration, you will need to find a free PNG illustration that you are allowed to use! (make sure It’s free).

Once you’ve found your Illustration we can get started.

HOW TO MAKE A CHRISTMAS GIF ON PROCREATE

So, open the app.

Go into the + button, and select a new canvas 1080 x 1080px

From there, import your digital illustration into the Canvas.

Now, resize your imported illustration and turn off the white background layer.

Digital Stickers Shop

You are going to make your digital illustration move.

To do so, you will have to duplicate your image at least 5 to 6 times.

Once you have enough layer, select your first layer and rotate it to one side. (if you want to be able what you do, unselect other layers first)

Then, keep rotating layers left to right. Keep select and unselect layer to see where you are at.

So, you are done with duplicating and rotating your ILLUSTRATION.

Now, go into the wrench, Canvas, and select Animation Assist.

Got into the settings and select 3 frames per second.

You can now press play and see how you like it.

When you are happy with the result, go back to the wrench, select share, and choose Animated GIF.

So, export your GIF to your photo library or files and DONE!

Now, it’s up to you to either copy and paste the GIF to your Instagram Story or share your creation to GIPHY.com.

However, what if you want to use digital stickers you bought online, and add them to your Instagram Story? Did you know it was even possible?

So, Let’s talk about digital stickers and Instagram story!

WHAT’S A DIGITAL STICKER?

A digital sticker is a small digital illustration you can buy and send to your friends, or use on your digital planner, bullet journal, or social media stories like snap chat, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

WHERE TO FIND CUTE AND UNIQUE DIGITAL STICKERS?

So, those digital stickers are super easy to find!

To be UNIQUE! Make your Instagram Stories look like YOU.

So, the best way to animate your stories is to add cute stickers or GIFS to it!

You could use the one already provided by Instagram, but your stories could be more interested if they were filled with unique stickers.

HOW TO ADD DIGITAL STICKERS TO YOUR INSTAGRAM STORY

Alright, first you will need to find some digital stickers of your choice.

Then, buy your stickers and download them on your photo library or your files.

Once this is done, make your Instagram Story and go into the square smiley face.

After clicking on the square smiley face, go into the photo icon and insert your sticker.

If you can’t insert PNG photos with the Instagram app directly and that your sticker is filled with white.

Go into your photo library, Copy the sticker, and go back into your Instagram story.

Instagram will ask you if you want to add the sticker you just copied!

I am so excited to share how to design your own custom app icons on your iPhone.

You can use apps like Over or PicsArt to make your custom app icons.

But, it’s also possible to draw them on apps like Procreate or Adobe illustrator.

Today, I want to show you how to design your own custom app icons on your iPhone using some website icons and the Over app.

So, let’s dive right into it.

FREE ICONS ONLINE

First thing first, you need to download free icons.

The icons you are looking for must be PNG, meaning having a transparent background.

To do so, you can go to the website called the noun project and start looking for your icons.

For this example, I will search for the Instagram Icon!

Once you search for an icon, a multiple of them will show up.

So, choose the one you would like to use and save it on your phone.

DESIGN YOUR CUSTOM APP ICON ON OVER

Now that you have your icon saved to your photo library, you can open the app OVER.

So, choose the square transparent background.

Then, go into your photo library and insert your brand-new icon.

You will have to erase or crop the watermark.

To erase the watermark, go to mask and start erasing!

Or, go into crop and crop out the watermark.

To change the color of your background, hold the background, and select edit.

Then, go on color and choose the color of your choice.

Now, it’s time for you to change the icon color.

So, click on the icon and select edit.

From there, look for Tint. You will have to bring the opacity to 100% and then, choose the color of your choice.

Once you are satisfied with the result, export your icon in PNG or JPEG.

And you are done! YOU DID IT!

EXTRA TIP FOR CUSTOM APP ICONS

If you are too lazy to go through those steps, because let’s be honest, this is a little bit of a hustle.

The products I will be sharing today are items that I personally purchased.

For your information, I own every single one of them and use them daily.

So, I will link each product and will give you my honest review!

Without further due, let’s get into the 7 Amazon tech and accessories under $30.

EARBUDS

Let me introduce you to the Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Earbuds with Charging Case.

Those headphones are waterproof, noise-canceling, and touch control.

The headset is available in white or black.

PRICE: $26.99

MY REVIEW

Pros: The case recharges the headphone and has a LED battery display.

I really like the touch control because you can touch 3 times right or left to adjust the volume (Either up or down).

It doesn’t fall off your ears, even when working out, and has a long-life battery.

This product is extremely similar to the Air pods from Apple.

Cons: The case feels a little cheap and fragile. I would be careful to not drop it!

Overall, it’s a great price for good quality earbuds.

BOOK LIGHT

Best purchase of the year. If you are a big reader like me, you will need this book light!

So, for a long time, I was using a mini book light bought at Barnes and Noble.

It was fine for a while, but I noticed I was changing the batteries very often.

But, with time, the light was not as bright anymore even after changing the batteries.

Therefore, I decided to invest in a rechargeable book light, and it was the best decision ever.

PRICE: $10.95

MY REVIEW

Pros: USB Rechargeable. I charge my book light maybe every month for about 2 hours. After that, I am good for another month without charging it.

So, the book light has 3 levels of brightness. Daylight, warm, and white for eye protection and nighttime reading.

Cons: This is not really a con because it’s not very important! I am used to little book light and this one is a bit big for my books. However, I got used to it.

PHONE TRIPOD ADAPTER + REMOTE CONTROLLER

Alright, if you don’t have one, get one.

This tripod adapter is only $9.49.

MY REVIEW

Pros: It’s cheap and does the job. You can mount this adapter on any tripods you have.

It rotates vertical, horizontal and has an adjustable clamp.

The tripod adapter fits my iPhone 11 Pro max without taking off my Phone case.
Compatible with all cellphones.

Cons: The remote is sometimes tricky but always end up working. (I might do something wrong)

STYLUS DIGITAL PEN

I have talked about this stylus on my last best Amazon finds.

But, I needed to talk about it again only because one time is not enough.

So, I bought this digital pen because I didn’t want to spend $120 on an Apple Pencil.

PRICE: $30.99

MY REVIEW

Pros: The stylus is rechargeable, and the batterie lasts long. It’s great to write on an iPad and iPhone. I use it to be precise on my editing apps.

This digital pen is compatible with any cellphones and tablets.

Cons: Not really the best for drawing. The tip is metal. So, I would be careful about using it on a device without a protecting screen.

BLUETOOTH MOUSE

So, If you are tired of using the trackpad of your laptop, you can always buy a Bluetooth mouse.

This one is rechargeable, compatible with any devices, and comes with a choice of color.

I got the Rose Gold one, and I love it.

MY REVIEW

Pros: This mouse is super cute, light, and is extremely cheap. The Bluetooth works amazingly, and the mouse is always connecting to my MacBook Pro 2019.

Cons: It can feel a little cheap, but what do you expect for the price? If you forget to turn it off or if you are using it a lot, don’t forget to charge it. You will not know when the mouse runs out of battery.

This product is for my Apple friends.

So, if you are about to purchase a new MacBook, don’t forget this adapter.

This adapter has 4K USB C, HDMI, SD, Micro SD, and 2 USB ports.

MY REVIEW

Pros: Good quality for an awesome price. Super handy. This Adapter has everything I need. I use it every day to transfer files from my MacBook to my external hard drive.

Cons: It’s not directly attached! So be careful If you are moving around with your Mac.

This is the only product of the list that I haven’t bought, YET!

I am about to get the new iPad Pro 2020, and I heard the new iPad is very powerful!

I wanted to start using my iPad as a computer when I don’t want to bring my laptop with me.

It’s always a good time to start planning your goals! And today, we are going to talk about how to plan your business goals with Trello.

If you don’t know what Trello is, you can read my blog post about how to use Trello. In this article, I explain everything you need to know to get started!

So, now, let’s dive into how to plan your business goals with Trello.

CREATE A BOARD

Once you are in the tool, you need to create a new board.

Name your board: BUSINESS GOALS 📈

I love using emoji in my title. It makes it more enjoyable.

Next, choose a background that you love. I believe that when things are pretty, it’s easy to go back to look at it.

I always choose images like clean desks. It motivates me.

START MAKING LISTS

So, you’ve to think of your lists like your “TODO”.

I like to start with the big picture. For example, since we are in September and there are only 4 months left until the end of the year. I would start with the list: GOALS TO ACHIEVE IN THE NEXT 4 MONTHS.

The next list would be WHERE AM I AT the end of August and the last one will be what are the goals to hit in September.

See the example down below.

This method helps you achieve your goals month by month. You can also see your progression from where you started to where you are now.

If you work hard to achieve your goals, seeing your growth will keep you motivated.

CREATE ONE CARD PER GOAL

To be extra organized, I like to set up my goals by cards!

Let me explain.

I am a social media consultant and content creator. My goals are related to social media, taking care of clients, and create content.

So, I would set up my next 4 months of goals like this:

Card number one would be INSTAGRAM. How high I want my engagement rate to be at for the next 4 months? How many followers and leads I want to get?

Card number 2 would be Pinterest, etc.

Once I’ve set up my goals per card and category in my first list. I would keep on going that way on the next list.

Are you wondering how to use Trello? But do you know, what is Trello?

Here is a quick explanation.

Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. In one glance, it tells you what’s being worked on, who’s working on what, and where something is in a process. Imagine a whiteboard, filled with lists of sticky notes, with each note as a task for you and your team.

In today’s blog post, I am going to show how to use this amazing tool.

So, if you are a beginner and don’t know where to start?

Then, keep on reading.

HOW TO SIGN UP IN TRELLO

Let’s start at the very beginning.

If you are new and heard about this organisation tool but don’t know where to start, know that I’ve got you.

So, first, you need to go on THIS WEBSITE and sign up for free!

By the way, Trello is a FREE tool. You can make as many boards as you want and use a lot of their features. You won’t have access to everything unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

But, the truth is that you don’t need a paid plan (just yet)

So, in this video, you will be able to create your Trello account with me.

It’s a tutorial on how to make a content calendar for social media in Trello, but I am also showing you how to create an account and set up your first Trello board.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR FIRST TRELLO BOARD

When your account is set up, you can start creating your very first board.

To do so, click on “Create a new board”.

Now, you have to add a board title.

so, for this example, I will call this board “DEMO”.

However, your first board can be about your GOALS, grocery lists, or whatever things you want to organize.

One of the best things about Trello is that you can customize your boards!

So, after you chose your board title and before you click on that green button.

Head over the white square and choose your board background.

It can be a color or a photo.

You’ve created your first Trello board.

HOW TO MAKE LISTS IN TRELLO BOARDS

It’s time to add your first list on your board.

So, think of the lists like the main thing you want to organize.

For example, if your board is your grocery list. Then, you will make different lists like:

Vegetable
Fruit
Meat
Dairy

Or you could meal plan and do

Monday
Tuesday

Etc. With the grocery, you are going to use each day.

HOW TO MAKE CARDS IN LISTS

Now, you need to add cards to your list.

So, the cards are the things you need to do.

In my demo example, I added the weekdays.

If you are reading this, it’s because you want to know my secret. How I stay organized during the week using The Happy planner.

First, you can stay organized using whatever planner. But I have been using The Happy planner for years now.

So, I cannot see myself using anything else!

Unlike any other planner, the happy planner is entirely customizable.

This is my favorite thing about it.

I can take off pages, add some, and make it my own.

Above all, the most important thing that the happy planner is bringing me is to stay organized for months.

But, especially during the week.

I am a social media consultant and a content creator who is working remotely.

Therefore, I need to stay on track and make sure I am not forgetting ANYTHING.

With that being said, let’s get into it.

STEP NUMBER ONE: DECORATING YOUR PLANNER

Decorating my planner is by far my favorite.

You probably wonder: Why should I even take the time to decorate my work week?

First, decorating a planner is more like scrapbooking.

This is super relaxing and enjoyable.

Therefore, it will make your workweek look colorful, and fun instead of boring, and sad.

So, before writing anything in your planner, try to add some colors!

Buy yourself some stickers or decorating papers and start adding some joy to your week.

Usually, I give my week a theme color. However, you can use as many colors as you want! Make it rainbow if this is what makes you happy!

I do own too much of those sticker sheets for my own sake.

STEP NUMBER 2: START FILLING UP YOUR PLANNER

Ok, now that your planner is full of stickers and, brings you joy it’s time to filling it up!

In other words, it’s time to plan your week.

Start by writing important things like an appointment, clients, big events, etc.

Then, you can take another pencil color, and start writing personal tasks. Like laundry or cleaning, etc.

But, don’t forget to leave some space! You never know what’s going to pop up during your week and you might have to add some information and things to do!

I plan my week on Sundays.

In my case, my weeks are pretty similar. So, I know where I have to leave space and how to organize my appointment, my content, and everything else.
