Well, New Year, new goals, right?
What's a content calendar, and why do you need one?
A content calendar is a written schedule of when and where you plan to publish upcoming content. It can be blog posts, YouTube videos, or Instagram posts.
So, you need a content calendar to be able to schedule in advance, your content. That way, you can make sure to always publishing something.
Also, your content calendar will help you remember your old post. It will prevent reposting the same content over and over.

Sheets
Obviously, your sheet will be empty! But, we are going to filling it up with what you’ve to do.
So, into one project, you can add a couple of sheets.Â
Now, look at the bottom of your document, you will find “sheet 1”

So, click on the “+” and add as many sheets as you want.
I usually do one sheet per social media and I rename them.

Here, I choose to start my content calendar 2021 with my blog posts and YouTube videos.

HOW TO MAKE A CONTENT CALENDAR
Let’s start with what to write into your content calendar.
Categories
So, in the first line, you will write the title of each category.
Now, here is how I do mine for my YouTube videos content calendar.Â
For example: Month, date, video title, video description, tags, thumbnail, filmed, edited, complete.

Colors
So, when this is done, I select each title and add some colors.

Once you’re done filling up your titles with color, you can start adding your month, dates, etc.
So, obviously into the month, you will add January, February …
Then, into the date, you will have to add all the dates of the month you’re going to publish.Â
I will publish once a week. So, 4 times a month, meaning in January, I will have to add 4 dates.
